Toyota Camry Vehicle Features
Performance
The Toyota Camry ensures plenty of power under the hood thanks to two modern engines. The base engine that comes standard with many of the lower trim levels is a 2.5-liter inline-4 that makes 202 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque. More power can be had by opting for a higher trim (XLE, TRD). The XLE and TRD trims offer up a 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 301 horsepower and 267 pound-feet of torque. The 2.5-liter inline-4 engine offers a choice between front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive while the 3.5-liter V6 is solely available in an all-wheel drive configuration. Both engines work with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Interior Features
The LE trim of the Camry comes with cloth-trimmed seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, a power adjustable driver's seat, and split folding rear seats. That's just the base trim, too. If you're looking to add in a bit more in the way of comfort and convenience, then stepping to a higher trim is always a possibility. Slotting in after the LE trim is the SE, which comes with simulated leather upholstery, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and automatic climate control. The SE Nightshade trim level includes a host of exterior changes while the XLE trim gains heated front seats, leather upholstery, keyless entry, and rear climate vents. The XSE is more power a performance trim but it does make a few interior changes. The XSE comes with metallic interior trim. The top-notch TRD trim adds TRD simulated leather upholstery along with red seat belts
Safety
Like almost every new Toyota vehicle, the 2022 Toyota Camry comes with a mix of driver assistance features and classic safety features. For the 2022 model year, all trim levels of the Camry come standard with a suite of driver assistance features to help increased driving confidence along Baltimore Blvd and 8th St. Standard driver assistance features include forward collision mitigation, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, automatic high beams, and road sign recognition. There's also an optional driver assist package that allows for even more driver assistance features to be added. The Driver Assist package adds a 360-degree camera system to the mix along with a head-up display, and rear automatic braking. Classic safety features include things like seat belts and airbags.

LE
This base trim level comes with all sorts of great features that many other brands make available as upgrades. Notable standard offerings include dual-zone automatic climate control, smartphone connectivity, a touchscreen infotainment display, and a power adjustable driver’s seat.
XLE
The XLE moves things towards the near-luxury side, adding in leather upholstery, heated front seats, a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment display, wireless charging, rear air bents, and push-button start.
XSE
The XSE adds a 206-horsepower engine, a sport-tuned suspension, 19-inch wheels, metallic interior trim, a gloss black grille, and dual exhaust tips.
TRD
The Toyota Camry TRD pulls no punches, offering up a 301-horsepower engine, unique TRD interior accents, a sport exhaust, a specially tuned suspension, and special aerodynamic body trim.
